Workshops and TeleclassesWorkshops and teleclasses are designed to meet the needs of many while providing specific solutions and encouragement to all who participate. Both workshops and teleclasses can be customized to meet the needs of the participants and scheduling is highly flexible. Workshops are typically one to two hours in length and designed to be in-person events. They can be scheduled as “brown bag” lunchtime sessions, breakout sessions at conventions, main topic presentations at your monthly organizational meetings, or as a fundraising event. Teleclasses are conducted via the telephone in one-hour sessions and are a great alternative to workshops for those living out of town or when attending an in-person event is not practical. What is a teleclass? Here are just a few of the many workshops and teleclasses offered:

One-on-One Parent CoachingIndividual parent coaching provides one-on-one focus and support for parents wanting quick, effective solutions to specific parenting issues. If you are facing an immediate challenge or wanting more confidentiality in dealing with your parenting issues, partnering with a coach is a great alternative. Coaching works best when the client is willing to learn and grow and there is a gap between where the client is now and where they want to be. I believe all parents do the best they can do with the tools they have. Most parenting issues arise when a parent becomes frustrated with a situation and does not have any more tools with which to resolve it. As your coach, I am committed to support you in gaining additional tools and the confidence to use those tools to handle any situation. You can count on me to listen without judgment and provide objective insights and suggestions. Our coaching relationship is completely confidential. I will always give you my best and I will expect your best. I will ask more questions than give advice and I will encourage you to grow and stretch beyond where you are today. My job is to consult and educate. Your job is to determine the value of the information I offer, see where it applies in your life and decide for yourself when and where to use it. My responsibility ends with coaching and yours begins with the decisions that you make for yourself and your family. This includes, but is not limited to, your beliefs, choices, actions, decisions, and outcomes. Coaching is a profession of consulting, educating, and advising. You may wish to consult with a therapist or other mental health professional if additional resources are required by you. I offer a complimentary, 30-minute collaborative interview to determine if coaching is the best choice for you. Contact me to schedule your interview TODAY! © 2004 to 2007 Brattain Coaching International.
